At Crafting Your Gifts, each product is handmade with love and customized to your preferences. Due to the unique and personalized nature of our creations, we do not accept returns or exchanges. However, in rare cases where the product is received in a damaged or faulty condition, we will review and consider a replacement or refund.
1. Order Cancellation Policy
We understand that sometimes you may need to cancel an order. Please note:
1.1 Cancellation Before Processing
- You may cancel your order within 12 hours of placing it for a full refund.
- Once the crafting process has started, cancellation is not possible.
1.2 Cancellation After Processing
- Since all products are handcrafted and customized, orders cannot be canceled once they are in production or dispatched.
- If the order has already been shipped, cancellation is not allowed.
📌 Note: Personalized and custom-made products cannot be canceled once production has begun.
2. No Returns Policy
Because our products are custom-made and handcrafted, we do not accept returns unless the product is:
- Received in a damaged condition.
- Defective or faulty upon delivery.
- Incorrect due to our mistake.
📌 Products that are NOT eligible for return:
- Custom name frames, scrapbooks, greeting cards, T-shirts, and other personalized items.
- Minor variations in color, size, or design (as all items are handmade).
- Orders placed with incorrect details provided by the customer.
3. Refund & Replacement Policy (Only for Damaged or Faulty Products)
If you receive a damaged or defective product, we will evaluate your request for a replacement or refund.
3.1 Conditions for Refund or Replacement
To qualify, you must:
- Report the issue within 48 hours of delivery.
- Provide clear images and videos of the damaged or faulty item.
- Ensure the product is unused and in its original condition.
3.2 Refund Process
If approved, the refund will be processed as follows:
- Refund Method: The refund will be credited to your original payment method.
- Processing Time: Refunds are typically processed within 5-7 business days.
📌 Note: If the product is eligible, we may offer a replacement instead of a refund, depending on stock availability.
4. How to Report a Damaged or Faulty Product?
To request a replacement or refund for a damaged item:

- Our team will review your request and respond within 2 business days.
- If approved, we will guide you on the next steps for a replacement or refund.
